I like the idea of heirloom seeds a lot. I have been buying more in the past couple of years to add to my garden. Although I like to buy mine locally, if possible. My concern is first that the plants will survive in my climate and second that they don't become invasive towards the native plants. Luckily there is a very nice local garden store that sells heirloom plants and seeds.
