A great book full of herbal information
I'm already making a list of tea herbs to grow next year.
Honey Face mask--I start with a gallon of honey and add in the herbs so I can give this as a gift
a dark honey
1/4 amount of green clay
2T chopped comfrey root
2T fresh or dried calendula petals
1T chopped fresh sweet violet leaves
2T olive or hemp oil (optional)
heat through, let cool and put in dark jars. Ready to use immediately. Will last a couple years.
Here is my local knit group PDX Knitbloggers. Links to their blogs. I'd love to post a recording of you and your group on the podcast. The italk application for iphone is a great free way to do this.
And here is our Drop.io page! You can send your recording to me this way. Call in, email, however you want to communicate. the Drop is pretty cool. The guest password is debaccuardi
What do you think of the new banner? David Berkvam is the artist. There will soon be a small logo made from the center goat (Yuki) for the itunes logo and for the Ravelry group soon to come:) Thank you Tammy!
Love the new banner! That's just awesome.
Thanks for the shout out. I will see if I can get the PDXKB Wednesday Sip 'n' Stitch group on iTalk. Not sure it should be recorded for posterity. :-)
